Hsmai’S Affordable Meetings® Sets Dates For 2003

Dates in 2003 have been set for the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International’s (HSMAI) three Affordable Meetings® shows. The calendar for 2003 is as follows:

HSMAI’s Affordable Meetings® shows draw meeting and event planners from a variety of organizations, with a majority representing corporate, association and independent sectors and the balance from government, non-profit, education, religious, medical/health care organizations, travel agents, trade show management and military groups. HSMAI’s Affordable Meetings® is free-of-charge to qualified meeting planners from across the country.
Each of the Affordable Meetings® events offer an unmatched exposition and a dynamic program of “need to know” educational seminars on topics related to cost-effective meeting planning. In addition, HSMAI’s Affordable Meetings® shows offer planners the opportunity to shop at a trade exposition with a variety of suppliers including hotels and resorts, university conference centers, unique meeting sites, convention and visitor bureaus, transportation companies, software and audiovisual businesses, and other meeting and convention suppliers. Networking opportunities and prize giveaways complete the program.
