Guest House is a studio with 600 sq/ft of construction. It is basically the kitchen, bathroom and big open space. It has a magnificent roof top terrace where you can see the Ocean. Parking for 3 - 4 Vehicles.
The town of Jacó Beach is the closest readily accessible beach to San José and still has the reputation of being the "fun and sun" spot on the Pacific coast. Playa Jacó is considered the liveliest and most developed beach town on the Pacific coast.
The number one attraction is the surfing and relaxing. Surfers love the consistent beach break in Jaco and in neighboring Playa Hermosa. The active village is full of life at all hours of the day and night. There are souvenir shops, local clothing and artisan shops, ice-cream stands, close to 100 restaurants and bars, four casinos and several discotheques where you can dance until the wee hours of the night.
